Import Product Tree into Next Plus. See import Parts.
Creating a New Catalog:
1. Navigate to Knowledge Base -> Catalogs .
2. Click on the plus icon to open the catalog creation page.
3. Fill in the relevant options and click "Create" to save and publish the catalog.
Catalog Name | Enter the name of the catalog. The values entered will be displayed as the catalog name to the editor and the user. |
Root Assembly | Click the selection button. In the window that opens, select the root assembly from all the parts. Only one Assembly per-catalog. |
Groups | Select from the list the user groups for which the catalog will be relevant and visible. |
Tags | Enter the names of the tags you want to add to the catalog. |
Categories | Click the field to open a list of existing categories in the system. Assign the relevant categories to the catalog by marking them. Category is a way to arrange the IETM products in folders. |
Height (px) | Set default height for the callouts |
Width (px) | Set default width for the callouts |
Font Size
| Set default font size for the callouts

Opacity | Set callout opacity in percent |
Viewing an Existing Catalog:
1. To edit a catalog, first navigate to the catalogs page in the main menu.
2. On the catalogs page, click on the image of the relevant catalog to view it.
3. The catalog viewing page is divided into four sections:
Catalog Tree | This section displays all items that make up the catalog, with a parent item and its associated child items underneath. Clicking on one of the tree items will show all the data for that item. |
Drawing | The drawing you set for all parent items will be displayed here with all the markings and labels you added. |
Items and Assemblies | All child items linked to the parent item will be displayed in a table. Clicking on each of the different items will show its location on the parent item drawing and display its data in the description area. |
Description | All the data such as name, description, and image of the currently displayed item will be shown here. |
