Introduction

The Next Plus system provides a table interface for adding steps to a work process (Workflow). This tool is highly beneficial when managing linear processes that require basic information collection or creating the foundational structure for more complex processes. With just a few clicks, you can create comprehensive stages with chapter fields and media integration.

Accessing the Step Import Function

  1. Open the editing screen of your work process.

  2. Locate the three-dot menu in the upper corner.

  3. Click on the menu, and then select "Import Steps."

Import Steps Table

After selecting "Import Steps," the table interface will appear.

In this table, you will need to fill in the following information:

  1. Stage Name: Determines the title of the stage, as it will be displayed to users.

  2. Media: Allows you to link existing media from the file explorer.

  3. Description: This text will be displayed in the description area of the step to the users.

  4. Field Name: Helps in building input fields for the selected step.

  5. Type: Specifies the type of the input field.

  6. Required: Defines whether the user is obliged to fill in this field to complete the stage.

  7. Field Resource: Option to add media to a field from within the file explorer.

  8. Tools: Links tools (that are pre-configured in the system) to the stage.

  9. Locations: Allows the association of a specific location to the step (Locations should be pre-configured in the system).

  10. Chapter: Defines the association of the stage with a specific chapter.

Creating Multi-field Steps

Each row in the table creates a new stage based on the stage name provided. To add a step with multiple fields, simply create new lines without entering a stage name. For instance, you can create a first step with three fields, a second step with two fields, and a third step with one field. Each of these fields will be linked to their corresponding stage name.

Finalizing Step Creation

After populating the table with all necessary steps and fields, you have the option to either integrate these steps into an existing work process or create an entirely new process with these steps. To finalize, simply click on your desired option.
