Use this feature to quickly locate specific work orders, forms, serials, etc. within the system.

Activate timer on a specific activity inside of Next Plus

Receive real-time alerts and updates on important events and tasks needing your attention.

Save shortcuts to frequently used pages or sections for quick access.

Language Selection

Change the language of the Next Plus interface to suit your preference or need. (Only if additional languages are available)

Open Work Orders

The Open Work orders section is the pulsing heart of your daily operation presenting you with all scheduled tasks that you have in your company. in Next Plus we have multiple types of scheduled tasks (or multiple types of work orders, which means that you can use both manufacturing work orders as one type of a task but you also can use the work orders as part of your maintenance plan which means that you can schedule a work order on a weekly daily or yearly basis.

Workflows

This section presents all available workflows, focusing on those that are unscheduled. Unlike work orders, these workflows are typically utilized for on-demand troubleshooting and other procedures that necessitate detailed recording and traceability of actions without the need for pre-planning or scheduling

My Forms

My forms section displays all forms that are related to me: Either I was the reporter of that form or that form was assigned to me.

All the forms in the list are active forms which means that their status is not yet closed.

Forms awaiting my approval

Review and approve pending forms that are queued up in this dedicated section.

Navigation Pane

Enables to navigate between sections in the system, the menus are preconfigured based on your role and overall system implementation
