A form is a document.
Usually, it has fixed arrangement with spaces (also named fields) to fill in. Forms are used to collect the required information in a logical, meaningful way for communication and pass to another entity.
👨🏽🎓 Forms have existed for a significant amount of time, with historians of law having discovered preprinted legal forms from the early 19th century that greatly simplified the task of drafting complaints and various other legal pleadings (”Thank you Wikipedia”).
In Next Plus,
Can be filled, and managed, on their own. Or, they can be filled and managed in a Session related context.
A session related context, means that the from (or forms), that are filled, shall be recorded in a specific session.
Create Forms
📍 To open form Designing screen, go to: Modeling —> Forms.
Forms can be created and managed in the Forms tab.

Template Form
Templates Enable to create a form, based on preconfigured template. Each template suggests specific field, based on the form type. These fields can be used, modified, or removed.
