Create Workflow
📍 Main menu → Modeling → Workflows → All workflows
Click +.
Set a name for your workflow.
Click CREATE NEW WORKFLOW.
Configure General Parameters
📍 Specific Workflow → Workspace tab
Name | Name of the Workflow |
Description | General paragraph that describes the workflow. |
Feature Image | A general image that refers to the workflow. |
For example the image of the machine for inspection, or a product outcome for the process. |

Template | Default - N/A |
Product | Enables to configure production outcome of the Workflow. |
Multiple products can be added. |

Please Note - product is now linked to Parts module |

List Items | Add specific documentation to workflow. |
BOM | Enables to add parts that are used during the process. |
Product assignment guidelines
There are some rules, limitations and other guidelines regarding the use of Products features in a workflow.
Product outcome can only be used when a workflow is assigned to a Work Order.
Multiple products can be configured in a workflow, but only one will be assigned to a specific Work Order.
The product’s P/N is taken for the Parts module, but the revision has to be entered manually, based on the configuration of the part.
If a workflow is used for other purposes (such as: maintenance, RMA, planning, etc.), but still used in a Work Flow. It must be configured with a dummy part.
Configure Admin Parameters
📍 Specific Workflow → Admin tab
The Admin tab has lots and lots of configuration options, which will be discussed in other pages.
Basic configuration includes two main features:
Set Workflow Type.
Decide whether this workflow will appear in My Home page.
ℹ️ Remember, if you change any parameter, you must Publish the workflow.
