There are some rules, limitations and other guidelines regarding the use of Products features in a workflow.

  1. Product outcome can only be used when a workflow is assigned to a Work Order.

  2. Multiple products can be configured in a workflow, but only one will be assigned to a specific Work Order.

  3. The product’s P/N is taken for the Parts module, but the revision has to be entered manually, based on the configuration of the part.

  4. If a workflow is used for other purposes (such as: maintenance, RMA, planning, etc.), but still used in a Work Flow. It must be configured with a dummy part.

Configure Admin Parameters

📍 Specific Workflow → Admin tab

The Admin tab has lots and lots of configuration options, which will be discussed in other pages.

Basic configuration includes two main features:

  1. Set Workflow Type.

  2. Decide whether this workflow will appear in My Home page.

ℹ️ Remember, if you change any parameter, you must Publish the workflow.
