Creating New User

  1. Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar of the "NEXT PLUS" interface to see more options.

  2. Select "Users" within the "Settings" menu to enter the user management section.

  3. Under "Users," choose "Users Configuration" to modify user account settings.

  4. In the "Users Configuration" section, click on the red "+" button in the top right corner to add a new user.

  5. On the "Create User" page, enter the new user's details in the provided fields.

  6. (Optional) Select all applicable "Groups" for the user from the drop-down menu.

  7. Set the user's permissions by selecting a role from the "User permissions" drop-down menu.

  8. After filling out all necessary information, click the "SAVE" button at the bottom to finalize the creation of the new user account.

Managing Users

Enable/Disable User

In Next Plus, we do not delete users. Never. This is because the different users reported data in Next Plus and we do not want to delete them. Thus, you can disable inactive users, in order to retain licenses and assign them only to current active users.

  1. Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar of the "NEXT PLUS" interface to see more options.

  2. Select "Users" within the "Settings" menu to enter the user management section.

  3. Under "Users," choose "Users Configuration" to modify user account settings.

  4. Locate the user that you want to disable/ enable

  5. Click on the "Eye" button to enter user settings.

  6. Click on the 3-dot menu and select the applicable option

    1. Deactivate - deactivates user and fees one license.

    2. Activate - activates user and assigns one license to him.
