At Next Plus, we want to ensure you have the flexibility to view the work orders that matter most to you. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you customize the types of work orders displayed in your system:
Step 1: Accessing Your Settings
Open the Main Menu: When you log into Next Plus, you'll be on the main dashboard. Locate the menu icon (usually represented by three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of your screen. Click on this icon to open the menu.
Step 2: Navigating to System Settings
Access Settings: Within the menu, find and select the "Settings" option. This will open up a submenu with various settings categories.
Click on System: In the submenu, locate and click on the "System" category. This will lead you to the System Settings page.
Step 3: Configuring Work Order Display
Scroll to "My Home Settings": Once you're on the System Settings page, scroll down until you find the section titled "My Home Settings." This is where you can personalize your work order display preferences.
Choose Work Order Type: Under the "Type of work order" heading, you'll see a drop-down menu. Click on the drop-down menu to reveal the list of available work order types.
Select Desired Work Order Type: From the list of available options, choose the specific type of work orders that you want to display on your dashboard. Remember, you can select one or more types based on your preferences.
Step 4: Saving Your Changes
Save Your Selection: After you've chosen the work order type(s) you want to display, scroll to the bottom of the System Settings page. You'll find a "Save" button. Click on "Save" to confirm your selections.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Customized Dashboard
Dashboard Update: Once you've saved your changes, your dashboard will update to display the chosen work order type(s) prominently. This customization will help you focus on the work orders that are most relevant to your tasks.
