What this is
When you update a part in Priority ERP (for example, changing its issue method, serial tracking, or other settings), the change does not immediately appear in Next Plus.
By default, Next Plus syncs parts from Priority once every 24 hours. That means you will normally see the changes after the next daily refresh. If you need to see the update immediately, you can manually refresh the part and Work Order in Next Plus.
How to do it
Check the change in Priority
Make sure the part definition was updated correctly in Priority (e.g., serial tracking, issue method, etc.).
Wait for the automatic sync (default)
Next Plus refreshes part data from Priority once every 24 hours.
If you don’t need the change urgently, it will appear automatically after the next scheduled sync.
Manually refresh the part (to see changes now)
Go to Modeling > Parts in Next Plus.
Open the ⋮ (three dots) menu next to the part.
Select Pull Part from ERP.
Wait for the update to complete.
Refresh the Work Order if needed
Open the Work Order in Next Plus.
Open the ⋮ (three dots) menu in the Work Order.
Select Pull Work Order from ERP.
This reloads the Work Order with the updated part definition.
Common Issues / FAQs
“I changed the part in Priority but still don’t see it in Next Plus.”
→ Make sure you’ve either waited for the next daily sync or used the three-dots menu to manually refresh both the part and the Work Order.“The field is still locked after refresh.”
→ Some fields remain locked because Priority enforces their definition. If Priority restricts a field, you cannot override it in Next Plus.“Do I always need to refresh manually?”
→ No. Manual refresh is only needed if you want the change to appear the same day. Otherwise, the nightly sync will update it automatically.
