What this is

Views let you customize how information is displayed in tables across Next Plus (e.g., Work Orders, Sessions, Parts).
You can choose which columns to see, reorder them, save layouts, and apply filters— so you always have the right data at your fingertips.

💡 Think of Views as your personalized dashboards inside each module.

How to do it

  1. Open the Views menu

    • Click the Views icon (top-right of the table).

    • Select Change view.

  2. Customize your columns

    • In the Change View window, tick or untick the checkboxes to select which columns to display.

    • Drag columns in the Your columns list to rearrange their order.

    • Example: Show Form Number, Origin Work Order, Serial Number, and Lot Number at the top.

  3. Save your layout

    • At the bottom, check Save current view and give it a name.

    • You can also choose:

      • Allow all users to use this view (shared)

      • Make this view a default for all users (admin-only option)

  4. Apply filters

    • In the Change View window, scroll down to No filters found and click it.

    • A Filter menu opens where you can set conditions.

    • Example: Add filters such as:

      • Form Number = specific value

      • Work Order = “NXT-308”

      • Status = “Open”

    • Combine filters with AND/OR logic for advanced conditions.

    • Click Save when done.

  5. Confirm your view

    • Once columns and filters are set, click Confirm (or Confirm and Save if you want to keep it for future use).

    • Your table will instantly update with the new layout and filters.

  6. Switch between Views

    • Use the Views dropdown at the top of the module to quickly jump between saved Views.

    • Example: “My Open WOs,” “Defects by Serial,” or “QA Pending Review.”

✨ Tip: Create separate Views for different roles — for example, Operators can save a simple view of today’s open sessions, while Managers can keep a view focused on high-priority WOs across the week.
