Tracking unit progress is one of the most important tasks in the production workflow. The Work Order screen in Nextplus gives you a live view of every unit, where it is, and what stage it’s at — all in one place.

Follow this quick guide to see how you can monitor and understand the progress of each unit in a work order.

🔍 Step-by-Step: Viewing Unit Progress

1. Open the Work Order

From your dashboard or main menu, select the work order you want to review. You’ll land on the Work Order screen, which includes a list of all units/sessions.

2. Locate the Units Table

In the middle of the screen, you’ll see a table listing all sessions (units) related to the selected work order.

Each row represents a unit and includes:

  • Session Name – Internal name or index

  • Serial Number – If assigned

  • Status – e.g., New, In Progress, Finished

  • Station – Where the unit currently is

  • Quantity – How many units are in that session

  • Active Users – Who’s currently working on it

  • Actions – Icons for quick actions like view/edit

3. Check the Status Column

Use the Status column to understand where each unit stands:

  • New = Not started yet

  • In Progress = Actively being worked on

  • Finished = Completed

This helps you quickly spot which units are stuck or delayed.

4. Use the Station Column for Context

The Station column shows where each unit is located in the production line. For example, "Warehouse" might indicate staging or storage, while other stations might represent specific assembly areas.

5. Explore Unit Details (Optional)

Click on the action icons (🔍 or ➡️) to dive into a specific unit and see more details, like task history or linked workflows.

👀 Pro Tips

  • Units are listed in order, but you can use filters (if enabled) to sort by status, station, or serial number.

  • Finished units help you track completion rates at a glance.

  • If multiple users are working on the same session, you’ll see them listed under Active Users.

📌 Summary

The Units Table inside a Work Order is your real-time progress tracker. It gives you a quick overview of how production is going, who's involved, and what’s left to finish.

Keeping an eye on this table helps you catch delays early and keep production running smoothly 🚀
