The Work Order screen is your central hub for tracking everything related to a specific production or assembly task. Whether you're managing a few units or overseeing a full production run, this screen gives you a detailed view of whatβs happening β and whatβs next.

πΉ Header Area
Right at the top, youβll find key info about the work order:
Work Order Name & ID β The unique identifier for this job.
Project / Customer Name β Shows which customer or internal project this work order belongs to.
Revision β The current version of the work order.
Status β Where the work order stands (e.g., New, In Progress, Finished).
Priority β How urgent the job is (Normal, High, etc.).
Assigned User β The person or team currently responsible.
Linked Workflow β Displays which workflow or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) is connected.
π¦ Units & Sessions Table
This section shows all the units or devices included in the work order.
Each row represents a single unit or session and includes:
Session Name β A name or identifier for the unit/session.
Serial Number β A unique code if available.
Status β The current progress status (e.g., New, In Progress, Finished).
Station β Where the unit currently is in the production process.
Quantity β Number of items in that session.
Active Users β Who's currently working on it.
Actions β Quick access to view or interact with that unit.

π Parts & Materials
This is where you can see whatβs needed to complete the job.
For each part required:
P/N β Part Number (internal code)
Description β Name of the part
Unit β How itβs measured (e.g., Each, Litre)
Required Quantity β Total amount needed for this order
This section is great for double-checking that everything's in place before production kicks off.
π Change Log
Every status update or key field change is logged here for visibility and traceability.
Each entry includes:
User β Who made the change
Old Value / New Value
Field Name β What was changed
Date & Time β When the change happened

Helpful metrics to understand timing and efficiency:
Created At β When the work order was first made
Released At β When it was officially started
Start & End β Actual execution timestamps
Cycle Time β Total elapsed time from start to finish
