How to login to Next Plus

To log into Next Plus, follow these steps:

  1. Username/Email: Enter the username or email address associated with your Next Plus account.

  2. Password: Enter the password for your account.

  3. Azure Active Directory (Optional): If your organization uses Azure Active Directory, you can click the "Login with Azure AD" button and follow the prompts.

  4. Complete Login you will be signed in

Resolving the "Oops! Looks like you're already signed in elsewhere" Issue

When trying to log into Next Plus, you might encounter a message stating "Oops! Looks like you're already signed in elsewhere." This message appears when your account is actively logged in on another device.

For security purposes, Next Plus requires you to be logged out from other sessions before logging in on a new one.

Resolution:

You are given two options:

  1. Sign out remotely: This is the most common and easiest way to log in. Selecting this option will remotely log you out of any active sessions on other devices. This will then allow you to sign in on your current device.

  2. I've already signed out: If you know you have already logged out of any other devices or sessions, select this option. The system will try to connect you to your account right away.

How to Proceed:

  1. Choose the appropriate option: Carefully review and select either "Sign out remotely" or "I've already signed out".

  2. Click 'Continue': Once you've chosen your preferred option, click the "Continue" button.
